Born and raised in Wales Wisconsin, the youngest of three. I started drawing at the young age of seven.
Halfway through high school my family moved two hours north to the small town of Coloma Wisconsin. I then spent many days walking through my parent’s property enjoying the calm of the trees and finding wild lady slippers growing among the pines. This is when I started taking my artwork more seriously.
I had plenty of opportunity to study nature in all its splendor. As I continued to paint throughout my life, art became a way of expressing my passion for life experiences with my husband and our two children. Finding adventures in researching subjects I choose to paint and meeting amazing people along the way. I have five collections of works I am very passionate about growing.
Nature Buddies, Pathways, The Forgotten, and Florals.
